Tell Me About the Opportunity:
The GFF × CIVIC VOICES Call for Proposals is a funding initiative under the partnership between the Global Financing Facility for Women, Children and Adolescents (GFF) and CIVIC: The Civil Society and Social Innovation Alliance. The program supports civil society and youth-led organizations working to strengthen advocacy, coalition-building, youth leadership, and domestic resource mobilization for women’s, children’s, and adolescent health and nutrition across Africa.
The grants will be administered by the VOICES Consortium, led by PATH in partnership with AFIDEP and the Organisation of African Youth (OAY).

Who can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be local Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), youth-led organizations, and/or community-based organizations.
- Apply as a partnership of at least 2 and no more than 3 organizations.
- Include at least one youth-led organization in the partnership.
- Be legally operating within one of the eligible African countries.
How are Applicants Selected?
Applications will be assessed based on:
- Quality and relevance of the proposed advocacy initiative.
- Potential to strengthen health and nutrition financing and accountability.
- Youth leadership and participation.
- Coalition-building and community engagement.
- Organizational capacity and sustainability.

Up to 22 African countries participating under the VOICES initiative.
Where will the Opportunity be Taken?
Projects must be implemented within eligible African countries supported by the VOICES Consortium.
How Many Opportunities?
Funding of up to USD $3.35 million will be distributed across multiple organizations and partnerships in up to 22 African countries.
