Who can Apply?
- Organizations, networks, collectives, or individuals worldwide
- No need to be a registered charity
- Must be non-partisan and based in an eligible country (see exclusions list)
- For Ideation Grants: early-stage ideas or pilots from organizations less than 12 months old
How are Applicants Selected?
Applications are screened and shortlisted by the Grantmaking Council (eight regional experts). Selection is based on:
- Innovation
- Impact potential
- Strategic clarity
- Financial clarity
- Regional fit
- Leadership credibility
Which Countries Are Eligible?
Global call, with priority countries in:
- Africa: Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa
- Asia: Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand
- Europe: France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, UK
- Latin America: Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, Suriname
- Pacific: Fiji, Samoa, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Tuvalu, etc.
Not eligible: Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Cuba, DR Congo, India, Iran, Russia, the US, and others listed in exclusions.
