Launched in 2019, the Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton is Access Bank’s flagship women-in-business initiative under the W Initiative. It provides mini-MBA training, mentorship, and business grants to empower women entrepreneurs across Africa. In its 7th season (2025), the program will support 120 women with business training and grants of up to ₦5 million.
