The Women Investment Readiness Accelerator (WIRA) is an intensive program powered by Sterling One Foundation and the Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN), with support from Moolu Venture Lab. It is designed to help women-led businesses in Nigeria scale through practical training, expert mentorship, market linkages, and investor pitch opportunities. The program addresses the funding gap many women entrepreneurs face by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to secure institutional funding and long-term growth.
