The Greener Future Workshop is a year-long mentorship programme designed to empower African youth, particularly fresh graduates and early-career professionals, to gain clarity, confidence, and essential career skills. The programme begins with a three-day virtual workshop led by six development experts, followed by ongoing mentorship throughout the year.
